Old Business: A) Revise on second reading policy Annual Operating Budget Beginning line 31 shall read: The director of schools shall file with the Commissioner of Education a copy of the budget within timeline allowed by Commissioner of Education or designee.

5 13. New Business: A) CCCHS Principal Wenning requests permission for wrestling team to participate in State Tournament at Williamson County Ag. Center. Ten students and one coach will depart on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 10:00 and return Saturday, February 14 at 9:00 Parents will provide transportation. B) SMS Principal Young requests permission for cheerleaders to attend Cheersport Nationals in Atlanta GA. Twenty one students and three coaches will depart on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 3:00 and return Sunday, February 15 at 7:00 Parents will provide transportation. C) Revise on first reading Policy Separation Practices for Non-Tenured Teachers Page 1, Line 13 will read: The director of schools may dismiss any non-tenured teacher during the school year for incompetence, inefficiency, insubordination, improper conduct or neglect of duty after giving the nontenured teacher, in writing, due notice of the charges.

6 Page 2, Line 30 shall read: Written notice of non-renewal shall be hand delivered or sent to the December 8, 2014 BOARD MEETING REVISED (3) AGENDA 3 employee by registered mail so that it will be received by the employee prior to June Page 2, Line 35 shall read: A teacher shall give the director of schools notice of resignation at least thirty (30) calendar days before the effective date of the resignation. Page 2, line 37 shall read: The Director of Schools may waive the thirty (30) calendar days notice requirement and permit a teacher to resign in good standing. Page 2, Line 47 shall read: Any teacher on leave shall notify the director of schools in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date of return if the teacher does not intend to return to the position from which he/she has taken leave.
