PAYMENT Buyers are respectfully reminded that CHEQUES MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED for goods bought unless supported by a suitable bankers reference, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneers prior to the sale. Cash and debit card payments can be taken and credit card payments will incur a 2% charge.

4 9. The Auctioneers will be pleased to handle commission bids on written request and telephone bids. All lots that have been repaired must be announced before the time of sale and described on the entry form. 10. Should the purchaser fail to comply with any condition, the Auctioneer shall re-sell or otherwise dispose of the lot or lots sold to the purchaser in such a way or manner as the Auctioneer alone shall decide, any deposit or other sum paid by the buyer shall be forfeit and the purchaser shall be liable to the Vendor for all loss and for any expense incurred on any re-sale or other disposal of the lot (s).
