2 This instruction establishes policy and procedures for passenger processing and baggage handling and provides uniformity, standardization, and guidance for orderly and efficient passenger operations. Each form in this document is subject to provisions of AFI 33-332, Air Force Privacy Act Program, as required by this volume, and contains a Privacy Act statement either incorporated in the body of the document or in a separate statement accompanying each such document. This volume applies to all active duty, Air Force Reserve command (AFRC) units, Air National Guard (ANG) units upon mobilization, and all other agencies operating Passenger Terminals on behalf of the Air MOBILITY command (AMC).

3 Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS.
