This volume applies to all civilian employees and uniformed members of the Regular Air FORCE (RegAF), Air FORCE Reserve (AFR), and Air National Guard (ANG). This INSTRUCTION requires the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by Title 10 United States Code (USC), Section 9013, SECRETARY of the Air FORCE .
