Depuis le commencement des temps, l esprit humain a toujours t hant par ce genre de ques-tions envisag es par toute personne rationnelle - (Eccl. 1:13-18; 3:9-11).

10 Je me rappelle encore de ma qu te personnelle d un centre d int gration (ou d int r t) pour ma vie. Je suis devenu croyant en Christ un tr s jeune ge, la suite essentiellement du t moignage des autres membres signifi-catifs de ma famille. Plus j avan ais vers l ge adulte, plus se d veloppaient en moi des questions sur mon exis-tence et sur le monde autour de moi. Des simples clich s culturels ou religieux n arrivaient pas expliquer les exp riences que je vivais ou lisais. Ce fut un temps de confusion, de recherche, de d sir ardent, et bien souvent de sentiment de d sespoir face un monde insensible et dur dans le-quel je vivais.
