No Waiting Time is payable for the first 30 minutes of any delivery. $ per minute For a truck detained on site beyond 30 minutes outside Normal Hours of Operation $ per minute Extra Cartage An additional charge applies for loads delivered more than 15km from the nearest plant.
2 $ per km per m Minimum Cartage on Small Loads A fee applies for a delivered load size < 4m3 and is calculated on the undelivered part of the load size up to 4m3 for all truck types including deliveries in mini mixers (eg. Load size of leaves by $ ; $ plus GST) $ per undelivered m Environment Levy The disposal fee in most cases has been replaced by the application of an environmental levy. Existing contracts and contracts with special provisions may see the fee waived in favour of the Disposal Fee. $ / m Disposal Fee Where the Environmental Levy does not apply, this fee applies to > Concrete returned from site and covers the cost of disposal and returned cartage.

4 $ / truck / hour Cancellation Fee A fee will be charged when a pour is cancelled or postponed by more than 3hrs with insufficient notice. The deadline for notice is of the previous working day. 5 No deductions apply for slump decreases. $ /m3 / 20mm Temperature Control Concrete supplied is not guaranteed to comply with temperature requirements of a specification. Temperature control can be supplied however only at the request of the customer.
