2 This is in compliance with Section 21 of the restitution of land rights Act, No. 22 of 1994 , as amended, which prescribes that we submit this report no later than 1 June every year. I will present the same report to the Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and land Reform in the National Assembly, as well as to the Select Committee of land and Mineral Resources in the National Council of Provinces, on the dates to be decided by these committees.
