1 CONTINUING EDUCATION PROVIDERS FOR BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLY TESTERS These PROVIDERS are approved by TCEQ to offer training credit hours for renewal of the BACKFLOW Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT )license. Testers must complete 24 hours of renewal training that include an 8-hour session on practical skills training (hands-on). These hours must be taken between the issuance date and on or before the expiration date. Courses listed here with an * include practical skills training. Licensees who take the BPAT licensing course 1200 must complete all of it except the examination session to receive the practical skills credit.
