2 As a crew Trainer , your role is to follow McDonald's standards and reinforce these with crew . This ensures that everyone is delivering the highest levels of customer service, in a clean and safe environment. These responsibilities include;. Role model performance standards for all stations Provide regular feedback to crew on shift targets ( KVS/service times, waste). Actively reinforce food safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures Follow and reinforce all workplace safety and security procedures Record and act upon any hazards identified during a shift Monitor crew working around you and provide guidance as required BUSINESS RESULTS. As a crew Trainer , you are aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures that everyone's actions contribute towards achieving them.
