3 Houston, Texas, WARRANTY1. LIMITED WARRANTY: Subject to the limitations contained in Section 2 herein and except asotherwise expressly provided herein, Daniel Measurement and Control, Inc. (" Daniel ") warrants that thefirmware will execute the programming instructions provided by Daniel , and that the Goodsmanufactured or Services provided by Daniel will be free from defects in materials or workmanshipunder normal use and care until the expiration of the applicable warranty period. Goods are warrantedfor twelve (12) months from the date of initial installation or eighteen (18) months from the date ofshipment by Daniel , whichever period expires first. Consumables and Services are warranted for aperiod of 90 days from the date of shipment or completion of the Services.

4 Products purchased byDaniel from a third party for resale to Buyer ("Resale Products") shall carry only the warranty extendedby the original manufacturer. Buyer agrees that Daniel has no liability for Resale Products beyondmaking a reasonable commercial effort to arrange for procurement and shipping of the Resale Buyer discovers any warranty defects and notifies Daniel thereof in writing during the applicablewarranty period, Daniel shall, at its option, promptly correct any errors that are found by Daniel in thefirmware or Services, or repair or replace point of manufacture that portion of the Goods orfirmware found by Daniel to be defective, or refund the purchase price of the defective portion of theGoods/Services. All replacements or repairs necessitated by inadequate maintenance, normal wear andusage, unsuitable power sources, unsuitable environmental conditions, accident, misuse, improperinstallation, modification, repair, storage or handling, or any other cause not the fault of Daniel are notcovered by this limited warranty, and shall be at Buyer's expense.

5 Daniel shall not be obligated to payany costs or charges incurred by Buyer or any other party except as may be agreed upon in writing inadvance by an authorized Daniel representative. All costs of dismantling, reinstallation and freight andthe time and expenses of Daniel 's personnel for site travel and diagnosis under this warranty clauseshall be borne by Buyer unless accepted in writing by Daniel . Goods repaired and parts replaced duringthe warranty period shall be in warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90)days, whichever is longer. This limited warranty is the only warranty made by Daniel and can beamended only in a writing signed by an authorized representative of Daniel . Except as otherwiseexpressly provided in the Agreement, THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANYKIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE,OR ANY OTHER MATTER WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES.

6 It is understoodthat corrosion or erosion of materials is not covered by our LIMITATION OF REMEDY AND LIABILITY: Daniel SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGESCAUSED BY DELAY IN PERFORMANCE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OFWARRANTY HEREUNDER SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR, CORRECTION, REPLACEMENT OR REFUNDOF PURCHASE PRICE UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY CLAUSE IN SECTION 1 HEREIN. The system performs averaging of the analysis results during shiploading and unloading and also performs the additional calculations of gas quality specified in the GII GNL LNG Custody Transfer Handbook.

9 The results are integrated with operator en-tered information and generates a loading/un-loading report. The report can be displayed and printed or the information may be saved for lat-er access. Historical data saved in this manner can be recalled for display, editing and print-ing. Results of individual analyses are saved and can be recalled for display or printing. Ad-ditionally, the analysis in progress at the time of manual sample acquisition can be identified by the operator, and a volume (loaded or un-loaded) associated with the results. To install the Modbus Master OCX server, use the following process:From the Start>Run>Browse menu path, locate the Register Modbus file (stored in the directory in which the program was installed C:\Program Files\GCDARS for ShipLoading/Unloading) and execute the file. If no installation errors occurred, a message will appear indicating that the registration was to starting the GCDARS program, you must install the Modbus Master OCX Server into the Windows STARTED 2-3 GCDARS for Shiploading/Unloading Operations Manual _____SEP 2004 Starting the the ProgramStart the GCDARS program by double clicking the desktop GCDARS icon or access it from the GCDARS folder. Starting the GCDARS program automatically runs the Modbus Master OCX server (if it is not currently running).
