2 The Conductivity sensorneeds to differentiate between all these differentfluids as well as to be able to withstand the PUR-SENSE Model 410 Four-ElectrodeConductivity Sensor from Rosemount Analyticalcan accurately differentiate between different beerbrands, CIP solutions, and rinse Water . The sensoris made with FDA Compliant materials and wettedsurfaces have a better than 16 inch Ra finish (notincluding the active electrode surface). The sensorhas an integral RTD that contacts the process liquidthrough a stainless steel face, enabling fastresponse to temperature changes.

3 The Model 410also has a compact design. The sensor does notpenetrate deep into the fill lines so the sensor willnot impede the flow in smaller dimensional fill process installation is available through avariety of different mounting configurations:Varivent Type N, G 1-1/4, 1-1/2 and 2-inchTriclamp process connections Model 1056 Intelligent Analyzer works with theModel 410. The 1056 has improved signal conditioningto allow a wider Conductivity range with one 1056 allows up to two sensors inputs, reducingcost and minimizing panel space.

4 The 1056 has anoptional Profibus digital communications output thatcan integrate with either a DCS or PLC.
