This widevariety of fabrication possibilities combines withthe following important properties to offer a uniquebalance of capabilities not available in any otherplastic CompatibilityDuPont PFA film is chemically inert and solventresistant to virtually all chemicals, except moltenalkali metals, gaseous fluorine, and certain complexhalogenated compounds, such as chlorinetrifluoride at elevated temperatures and pressures.
