1 Ellie Hartman Wisconsin Promise Project Manager Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute College of Education, Hospitality, Health and Human Sciences Office: Phone: 608-445-7419 Email: Brief Biography A Senior Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute (SVRI), Ellie spends 100% of her time as the Project Manager for the Wisconsin Promise Grant ( ) for Wisconsin Promise's lead agency, the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) at the Department of Workforce Development (DWD). Ellie is also the evaluator for Wisconsin's Let's Get to Work Grant ( ). She received her in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota and her Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
