Do notuse paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors onfasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless coatings affect fastener torque and joint clampingforce and may damage the fastener. Use the correcttightening sequence and specifications when installingfasteners in order to avoid damage to parts : This bolt is designed to permanently stretchwhen tightened. The correct part number fastener mustbe used to replace this type of fastener. Do not use a boltthat is stronger in this application.
