2 This feature allows you to reduce your spareparts inventory and maintenance Attenuator - ball Fabrication The ball -attenuatorconstruction provides structural integrity becauseof its rugged fabrication Attenuator Performance Up to -10 dBA acousticalattenuation, and a Kc= for hydrodynamics areachievable depending on service Application Versatility The Vee- ball valves areavailable as standard with ISA face-to-facedimensions as well as ASME dimensions for CL150 valves. IEC60534-3-2 face-to-face dimensions are also available(60534-3-2 face-to-face dimensions are equivalentto face-to-face dimensions).

3 N Long Service Life Solid HD metal seal construction(figure 1) provides long service life in demandingapplications. The constant wiping action of the sealacross the ball 's sealing surface prevents scale andsludge buildup, and provides excellent service onW6116-1 Fisher Vee- ball Series Noise Attenuator Ballsteam, gases, slurries, and various Excellent Flow Characteristic Precise contouring ofthe V-notch ball provides an approximately equalpercentage flow Sour Service Capability Optional materials areavailable that comply with NACE Improved Environmental Capabilities The optionalENVIRO-SEAL packing system is designed with verysmooth stem surfaces and live-loading providesimproved sealing, guiding, and loading forcetransmission.

4 The seal of the ENVIRO-SEAL systemcan control emissions to below the EPA(Environmental Protection Agency) limit of 100ppm (parts per million) for Quick and Easy Maintenance The Vee- ball valve ballseals can be inspected simply by removing twoscrews on the valve body inlet. There is no need toremove the actuator or disassemble the valve.
