Frauds in the Indian Banking Industry
The rest of the paper is organized into three major sections. Section 2 is a review of existing literature on the global and domestic banking sector. It talks of the evolution of the regulatory landscape governing the banking system as well as a discussion of existing literature on the issues of NPAs in banks and incidence of banking fraud.
