1 GUIDELINE FOR SECURITY BOND REFUND upon termination FROM MM2H PROGRAMME Please be informed that MM2H Participants who wish to terminate from this Programme, are allowed to claim for a REFUND on the SECURITY Bond placed during the initial endorsement. In order to do so, please find the following procedure: 1. Download the Form SECURITY Bond REFUND upon termination ; 2. Submit the Form along with the following documents to the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre: a. Letter of intention to claim for SECURITY bond REFUND ; b. Original SECURITY Bond receipt; c. Copy of Principal s passport (personal details and MM2H pass); d.
2 Bank statement; e. Copy of Conditional Approval Letter f. Copy of termination Letter; and g. Copy of return Flight Ticket. 3. Please note that only complete application documents will be processed. 4. Please expect 3 7 of working days for processing. 5. Payment will be directly debit into your bank account.
