3 A late fee of $ will be applied on Thursday on any unpaid balances. Withdrawal from Learning Years will result if payment is not paid by Friday. There will be a discount offered for families with two or more children: 7% off per child; same schedule- provided full payment is made on Monday of each week. Absence policy 16 days per year has been allotted for sick & vacation time. When additional days are missed, no credit will be given. When additional weeks are missed, of regular tuition will be charged.

4 See Financial Agreement Tuition is billed in advance on Monday of each week. Hawthorn farm Learning Years Day School accepts Discover Card, American Express, VISA, or MasterCard. NSF fee for returned checks will be subject to a $ service fee. A $ charge will be added to any account turned over to a collection agency. Parent Participation Program (parent co-op) Reduces or eliminates your child s tuition (3 Years & up) by working in a classroom. Hours- We are open 6:30 to 6:30 Late charges apply at 6:31 The school is open all weekdays except New year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Thanksgiving and the day after & Christmas.

5 Early closure can occur on snow days, Christmas Eve, & New year s Eve. Registration fee A $ non-refundable registration fee is charged to all brand new students and past students who have been absent from our program for more than 3 months.
