2 WHEREAS,pursuanttotheMemorandumfromtheEx ecutiveSecretarydated10 September2021,theIATF wasauthorizedtoapproveanymodificationsto thelistofRedCountries,subjecttothefavora blerecommendationsoftheDepartmentofHealt handDepartment of Foreign ,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVED,asitisherebyreso lved,thatupontherecommendationsoftheSub- technicalWorkingGrouponDataAnalyticsandt heTechnicalAdvisoryGroupthatthecountries /jurisdictions/territorieslistedhereunde rhavemettheprescribedcriteria,anduponthe favorablerecommendationoftheDOHandDFA,th efollowingcountries/jurisdictions/territ oriesareclassifiedforpurposesofbeingcons ideredas Green, Yellow, and Red relative to IATF Resolution No.
