Introduction This Service Description Document ( SDD ) sets forth the terms of the Implementation plan Review Service ( Service ). Juniper s Implementation plan Review Service provides Review of the Customer s network Implementation plan described further in Sec.

2 Below (the network Implementation plan ) for integration of Juniper Networks products identified therein (the Juniper network Elements ) into the network environment also identified therein (the End User network Environment ). The Service provides recommendations to optimize the Implementation process based on known leading practices to help minimize Implementation time and service disruption. The Service can be used for Review of network Implementation Plans either for a new network or for a network migration or expansion using the Juniper network Elements.

3 As used in this SDD, Juniper means the Juniper Networks affiliate identified as the Contracting Juniper Entity in a Juniper -issued form Task Order referenced by the purchase order placed for the Service. Customer means the party placing the order for Services on Juniper , and End User means the party who owns the Juniper network Elements or for whose benefit they will be 2. Eligibility and Prerequisites This Service is available for purchase only by (i) Juniper -authorized channels to support their service offerings to their end user customers and (ii) End Users who have purchased Juniper Networks Elements through Juniper -authorized channels.

4 Juniper s commitment to perform the Services is also conditioned upon fulfillment of the other assumptions (including those set forth in Section 7) and Customer responsibilities (including those set forth in Section 4). 3. Service Features and Deliverables The key deliverable of Implementation plan Review Service will be: Implementation plan Review Report Implementation plan Review Juniper will Review the customer network Implementation plan and identify potential recommendations for improvement. Activities include: Review of process and procedure Review of Implementation validation steps Review of the Customer s contingency roll-back procedure, if applicable Providing recommendations to optimize processes based on suggested best practices Recommendations and other findings will be set forth in a report delivered to Customer at the conclusion of the Service.

5 Project Management Input for Juniper Service Deliverables Juniper will manage activities mentioned in this SDD in coordination with the Customer. Implementation plan Review - Service Description Document Page 3 of 6 Designated Professional Services Consultant Juniper will assign a Professional Services consultant who will serve as a single point of contact to assist with the administration and management of the Services deliverables that are mentioned in this Service Description Document. If Juniper changes the point of contact it shall so notify Customer.

6 Input to Customer s Project plan Juniper will provide input for executing the various deliverables mentioned in this service offering to Customer s project manager as input regarding flow of deliverables, task list, dependencies, Juniper responsibilities, timelines and milestones to enable integration of the Services into Customer s project plans. Project Communications Juniper will provide regular communication to the Customer s project manager on Service status. 4. Customer Responsibilities Customer shall be solely responsible for each of the following: Provide a network Implementation plan that describes the Implementation plan in detail.

7 This typically includes: A list of the required tasks, along with a timetable (sequence and duration) identifying the steps to achieve the Implementation . Major project milestones to the customer s deployment team. Role and responsibilities Site readiness requirements Implementation dependencies for risk management network and site maintenance window schedules Implementation validation steps Customer will provide a technical contact that will provide supporting technical information and documents required for the services deliverables in this offering.

8 Customer will provide Juniper such information, connectivity and other technical resources as may be necessary or useful to enable Juniper efficiently to provide the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, connectivity includes remote access for Juniper personnel to the Juniper network Elements and such other portions of the End User network Environment as may necessary to enable Juniper efficiently to provide the Service. Customer will ensure that the Juniper personnel onsite at any End User facility are furnished working conditions that are adequate in all respects to allow them to efficiently perform the Services and that comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

9 Customer will identify a project manager to be responsible for approving final deliverables Customer shall be responsible for cooperating fully with Juniper in its performance of the Services and for promptly confirming completion of Services. Service Exclusions For avoidance of doubt, the following activities/deliverables are not included in the Service scope: Any other services not expressly stated in this SDD.

10 7. Assumptions Service will not commence until issuance by Customer of a non-cancellable purchase order for the Service. No security clearance or other certification or training is required as a condition of Juniper access to End User systems or facilities for purposes of performing the Services. Unless Juniper otherwise agrees in writing, any Services to be delivered by Juniper personnel shall be delivered during normal business days between the hours of 9:00 to 5:00 local time. All Customer and End User documentation and information is accurate and up-to-date.
