Imputing Missing Data using SAS®
Another method of dealing with missing data is using maximum likelihood (ML) parameter estimation. Rather than filling in data and then estimating parameters, maximum likelihood estimates the mean vector and covariance matrix to create a single imputed data set. The way that maximum likelihood estimates parameters will depend on the algorithm used.
