Compulsory Certificates/Documents: Online downloaded Application form/Copy of downloaded MH-CET-2015 Statement of Marks; Nationality Certificate; Domicile Certificate, SSC Certificate/Marksheet; HSC Certificate/Marksheet; Copy of downloaded Admit Card/ Valid Photo proof - School / College ID Proof; Medical Fitness Certificate Certificates/Documents if applicable: Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, Non Creamy Layer certificate Certificates for specified claims, Additional Weightage. Introduction Admission to First Year Health Science Courses for the academic year 2015-2016, will be done by Counselling and filling of the " Preference Form" at four regional centres.

7 The preferences filled by the candidates at the centres will be centrally processed and list of selected candidates will be declared. As per this list the candidate should join college /. course allotted to him/her. The four centres where the candidates should fill the Preference form are Grant Medical College, Mumbai, Medical College Pune, Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad and Govt. Medical College, Nagpur. The candidate should report personally (proxy not allowed) to the centre given in Table , as per their State Merit List (SML) No., according to the Schedule given in, Table , for the counselling and filling the " Preference Form", as shown in notification below. The districts allotted to a centre are not according to the region but they are chosen so as to facilitate the candidates for filling up of Preference form.

8 There is no change in the Region to which candidate belongs to. The notification for admission to Health Science course was published on 15/06/2015. NOTIFICATION. MH-CET 2015 - ADMISSION PROCESS - PHASE I. This Notification is being issued in regard to the process of selection and admissions to be granted to the 1st year of undergraduate Health Science Courses for the Academic Year 2015- 2016, in pursuant to the Common Entrance Test (MH-CET 2015) conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra on The procedure set out hereunder will apply to selection of candidates to be admitted at the following institutions: - (A) All State Government Colleges; (B) All Municipal Corporation Colleges;. (C) All State Government aided colleges;. (D) 85% seats in Private Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in the State.

9 (As per orders of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai in Review Petition No. 8634 of 2007 in Writ Petition No. 6332 of 2005). (E) Such other private unaided colleges and/or such number of seats from other colleges which may by mutual consent be decided to form part of this admission process. The Preference Form Information Brochure will be available on DMER website. This Information Brochure contains the Information required by candidates for filing Preference form, for the purpose of seeking admission. It includes General instructions to the candidates for filing Preference form, method of scrutiny of documents, method of selection and admission. As a matter of guidance, the Information regarding SML No. of candidate last admitted through DMER, MH-CET.

10 2014 in various courses (region wise) for the academic year 2014-2015 is provided. A dummy Preference form is also included which can be used by the candidate for practicing filling of Preference form. The candidate should attend the Preference form filling process as per the schedule set out hereunder at the Regional Centers. Kindly note that the Preference form in the Information Brochure is not original or final and is only a dummy Preference form provided for practice. Candidates should download the Information Brochure from website from Copy of Information Brochure will not be provided to candidate at the time of counselling.
