Clean the microphone openings Carefully brush away debris from the openings. Gently brush the surface. Make sure the brush is clean and that it is not pressed into the openings. Wax filter The speaker has a white wax filter attached to the end where the earpiece is attached. The wax filter will avoid wax and debris from damaging the speaker.
