Chauffer et porter bullition (100 C) avec un mouvement de rotation lent et r N 2: Pour l tape du chauffage 100 C, le m lange peut tre port bullition dans un four micro-ondes: apr s une premi re bullition, retirer du four et agiter doucement, puis remettre au four pour des courts chauffages r p t s jusqu fusion compl te des grains d agar (grands bouillons rempla ant la mousse). Autoclaver 121 C pendant 15 min. Refroidir dans un bain marie 45-50 C, en m langeant doucement.
