2 EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools. E Performs cleaning of swimming pools. E Performs minor repairs to swimming pools. E Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed. E Works with skilled plumbers, painters, carpenters, electricians or other tradesmen and grounds employees where some knowledge of the basic operations and methods involved is necessary. E Repairs fences and gates. E Does semi-skilled plumbing and minor repair work on doors, windows, roofs, floors, and other building parts. E Assists with installation of electrical wiring and fixtures. E Performs semi-skilled painting work. E Assembles furniture and other structures. E Makes minor adjustments and keeps equipment in good repair.
