(PDIL) has been retained as Consultant for selection of suitable LSTK Contractor/s for execution of the project on a Lump-Sum Turnkey basis with Single point responsibility.

9 The CD shall be either physically handed to the authorised representative or couriered to the address of the party submitting the tender fee. In case of single bidder, tender fee shall be submitted directly by the bidder. In case of Consortium, either the Consortium Leader or any member of the Consortium can submit the tender fee In case the days specified above happens to be a holiday in TFL/PDIL, the next working day shall be implied. SUBMISSION OF BID The Bids shall be submitted in the following manner in separately sealed three envelopes, duly super scribed with Project Name and Bid Document No. and in manner as described in clause 21 of Instruction to Bidders . COST OF BIDDING DOCUMENT/ TENDER FEE Tender Fee, will be acceptable in the form of Demand Drafts/Banker s Cheque in favour of TALCHER FERTILIZERS LIMITED payable at Bhubaneshwar or by way of wire transfer.

10 In the event of a particular tender being cancelled, the tender fee (excluding applicable taxes, if any) will be refunded to the concerned bidders without any interest charges. No plea on interest charges in this regard shall be entertained by the Owner. SMEs (Small & Micro Enterprises) are exempted from submission of Tender Fee in accordance with the provisions of Public Procurement Policy for MSE-2012. The Government Departments/PSUs are also exempted from the payment of tender fee.
