It consists of the countries mentionedin the first column of the dac list (Least Developed countries ), countries mentioned in thesecond column of the dac list (Other Low Income countries ), and from the third column ofthe dac list (Lower Middle Income countries en Territories) only those countries with whichthe Netherlands has a bilateral development cooperation note that:1. Candidates from developing countries must be nationals from countries that appear onthe list All country office positions funded under The Netherlands JPO/JE/APO/AE Programmemust be located in countries which appear on the list below.
