She holds a law degree from University of Tulsa College of Law and has practiced law the past few years. Betsy comes highly recommended and we are excited about her leadership and commitment to advancing the gospel. 4 Donations will be accepted for the team's mission trip September 1-5 to Ciudad de Angeles children's home in Cozumel, Mexico. Dinner is from 5:45-7pm with dessert in the Gym following Connect. No registration YOUWe collected 60 backpacks and supplies for Inner City Ministry last week. With our original goal of collecting 30 backpacks, your response was overwhelming. Now 60 children who completed the Inner City Ministry leadership camp will have all they need to begin the school year. Thanks to Leslie Ware for organizing this are currently collecting school uniforms for Napier Elementary students.

Shayne Adair had surgery Tuesday morning to reattach his retina. Janet Sloan had emergency surgery for a perforated bowel and is in St. Thomas West Hospital. No visitors at this Rasbury Groce, sister of Kristi Archer, was diagnosed with a growth in her brain stem. She had surgery Monday at Emory Hospital to remove the tumor. Noah Glover, 2-year-old daughter of Ana and Jay, granddaughter of Lisa and Doug Durr, and great-granddaughter of Nancy and Gary Waller, Sr.

7 , is hospitalized in Birmingham, Alabama, with an E. coli infection, but she is doing much Beth Kusak, granddaughter of Debbie and Randy Gott, is having chemo treatments WEEKLY for ten weeks and then less often for six months. She is also now undergoing radiation for 6-7 days straight. Lanie Jones, sister of Leslie Hudson, has been diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma, and she began aggressive chemotherapy Friday for four days in the hospital. She is having four of these rounds of chemo followed by a stem cell transplant, if all goes well. AnniversaryCongratulate Dan and Margaret Jordan on their 50th wedding anniversary on August 19.
