2 Implementing all government changes and updates as required or directed. o Collaborate with Government analysts and developers to test and evaluate newly designed and/or modified software applications for utility and functionality within the IOC; and provide written and verbal recommendation on the applications for use in analysis efforts. o Receive training on INSCOM SOPs and TTPs, and pass test within 14 days of initial start date. o Facilitate INSCOM internal/external inquiries. o Manage operational/exercise tasking in response to HQDA, and other national level agency requirements. o Maintain all existing matrices for tracking intelligence operations inputs (databases, websites and message traffic) from elements spanning the tactical to national levels. The inputs must be modified on a continuing basis to meet the current intelligence availability and the needs of the IOC.

3 O Review messages and logs to ensure complete awareness of transpired messages received, events/issues/item of concern for the previous shift, and be prepared to accurately assess and advise Government members of the IOC, G-3 and Command Group of impact to INSCOM, and any needed responses and/or actions required. o Knowledge of AMHS and (M3 message retrieval tool monitors message traffic for immediate notification requirements (SIR and CCIR) to the, G-3 and for preparation of daily read files for ACOFS, G-3 and Command Group as per established SOP and TTP. o Prepare and deliver briefings, daily/weekly/monthly operational updates, notes and reports as 100% finished QC'ed products using various formats and Microsoft suite of tools. o Produce and present written and oral briefings daily to CG INSCOM as well as G- 3 and INSCOM staff on INSCOM operational products produced and created in the IOC.)

4 O Perform data transfer migration between the various classified and unclassified local area networks (IE: moving an UNCLASSIFIED document from SIPRNET. to NIPRNET) IAW existing INSCOM TTPs and SOPs while maintaining proper security controls. o Populate data and links on various G-3 and IOC's web portals and data repositories in accordance with existing TTPs and SOPs. o Provide miscellaneous administrative reporting : receiving and disseminating Serious Incident Reports (SIR) (including telephonic notification IAW CDR. INSCOM CCIR requirements),WARNOs, FRAGOs and OPORDs, maintaining detailed accurate logs, directories, distribution lists, rosters, tracking spreadsheets, and IOC correspondence IAW AR25-50 and INSCOM Staff Action Guidelines. o Monitor, and fully comprehend all current, and upcoming INSCOM Operations, to include movement reports, and produce and deliver, as required by government, all briefings, summaries, read books, folders, portal updates, and other operational updates including WIAS and individual deployment status (IDTS) to the INSCOM G-3 and command staff as required.

5 Assemble and disseminate read books and SIRs. Process disseminate, and track all INSCOM. WARNOS, OPORDS, and FRAGOS, all well as ALARACTS. o Update electronic databases (IE: IDTS, SIR Matrix, and IOC Portal pages) as described in IOC SOPs. o Maintain and update all distribution lists, rosters, briefing books and aides, operational notes and highlights, and related databases to include the cataloging of entities and events with the most current information available. Perform other related duties as required. Education / Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree 10 years' experience with intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentations 5 years of experience with data analysis in the DoD/IC. Knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.

6 Experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries. Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations. TS/SCI clearance Preferred Experience / Skills: Ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design Experience serving at INSCOM. Physical Requirements: Must be able to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, including activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers/students accurately, loudly, or quickly.

7 Must be able to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and possess the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound. Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of finger dexterity, kneeling, sitting, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, seeing, hearing, and repetitive motion. Must be able to perform medium lifting exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20. pounds of force frequently and /or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
