1 Position: LEP Screener Location: Camp Arifjan, kuwait clearance : SECRET required Position Overview: The LEP Screener works as a team of screeners in support of the Area Support Group kuwait (ASG-KU) in performance of screening of citizens seeking employment or access to any installation within the Area Support Group- kuwait (ASG-KU) Area of Operations (AOR). The overall goal is to identify, detect, deter, neutralize and exploit all Foreign Intelligence and Security Services (FISS) and all International Terrorism Organizations (ITO). The team will be equipped to travel and operate from multiple fixed sites, with the place of performance is primarily at Camp Arifjan, kuwait . Responsibilities: Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) Screening o Conduct LEP screening of Other Country Nationals (OCNs). o Screen those seeking employment, annual screening, and situational / directed screening.

2 O Determine if a counterintelligence (CI) screening is warranted based upon the results of screening. o Consult with and report to supervisory any uncertainty or irregularities regarding the screened OCN. o Understand and follow all applicable regulations regarding CI / screening procedures. o Maintain matrix with names, phone numbers, BAT record number, civil ID, passport number, native language, language used in interview, country of origin, company of employment, and current physical address of all OCNs screened or BAT enrolled. General Knowledge o Culturally aware and knowledgeable of significant enemy activities in the AOR. o Very familiar with OPSEC, TARP, and LEP screening operations and programs. o US Army command structure and protocol. o Adherence to AR 381-10, 381-12, and 381-20 for all screening assessments. o Familiar with the following data processing systems Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT) Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) search engines Cell phone exploitation (CELLEX) kit Maintain expertise through relevant/required training.

3 Perform other related duties as required. Education / Skills and Requirements: 3 years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or related Intelligence field. 1 year of experience conducting CI/HUMINT or LEP screening operations. US Government school-trained CI agents or HUMINT collectors (MOS 35L/35M/0211, AFSC series 7S, NCIS agent, or other Intelligence MOS) Demonstrated past leadership experience in related fields ( Officer/NCO, Chief, or Lead on previous similar assignments) SECRET Security clearance Citizen Be able to obtain a Common Access Card for computer access and logistical support in kuwait . Preferred Experience / Skills: Bachelor s degree in relevant field Middle East LEP screening experience.
