Please fill in all the information below and then click the submit button for each paper you intend to present at the conference.

2 All information should be for the corresponding author. Separate forms are available for conference registration and housing, please see the MARC website in mid- 2017 . It is possible that your facility may block your ability to access the fillable pdf. A fillable excel form will serve the same role if you have problems using this form because of institutional requirements. Please contact me directly and I will provide you a solution. You can e-mail the form to me and I will click the submit button is one of the simple solutions that I have found works rather well! Please note that special characters will not paste properly. Do not expect subscripts and superscripts to be included, we will edit the final titles in the program.

This must be ONE (1) paragraph only (no hard returns). Simple is better, special characters will likely not be properly recognized during the import process. (Example.
