Air Fuel Control Why a Gill Air/Fuel Control System? Improve your engines efficiency and reduce costs. Reduce emissions and keep your engine compliant with the strict regulations Reduce maintenance with automatic control of your Air/Fuel Control System.

Maintaining compliance with strict emissions regulations has become many companies top priority. A Gill Air/Fuel Ratio Control System provides cost effective control for both stationary and portable industrial gas engines. The system automatically controls the optimum air/fuel ratio throughout the engine 's use, ensuring the engine remains continuously compliant with emissions. The Gill Air/Fuel Controller has been designed to control air/fuel of both rich or lean burn industrial gas engines. This system improves engine efficiency and eliminates the requirement for constant manual engine adjustments.

Contact your local Kraft Power to discuss your Air/Fuel System options. 6. Air Fuel Ratio Control Systems for Stationary Engines The KRONOS product range comprises four systems for Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) control as well as speed/load control systems.

You are sure to find a solution to meet your requirements, independent of engine size, specific application, operational demands and emission requirements. KRONOS 10 Good solution for all sizes of engines from 25 kW to 3 MW. Mechanically Controlled where precise control of emissions is not required KRONOS 20 For Lambda 1 and lean operation up to 1 MW and for Electronically Controlled higher emission quality requirements. KRONOS 30 M For multi-gas and high gas quality or lambda fluctuations Full Authority with power range 200 kW to 3 MW. KRONOS 40 The system can handle cylinder outputs from 100 to 600.

Injection Based kW and up to 20 cylinders. Basic system used on injection engines in lean burn mode. 8. Air Fuel Ratio Control Systems for Stationary Engines KRONOS 20. Based on the KRONOS 10 solution, the KRONOS 20 is an electronically controlled AFR trim control system that allows speed/load dependent lambda values to be set within a certain range, thereby improving the engine behavior under all operating conditions. The closed loop version uses engine output signals to automatically correct for variations in gas quality and pressure. 9. Air Starters and Barring Tools Service work on diesel and gas engines is easier and safer with Ingersoll Rand B006 and T480 Series pneumatic barring motors.

These highly reliable, precisely controlled motors enable you to turn engines over slowly and stop them securely for greater peace of mind and productivity. These barring motors are lightweight and portable, which B006 Barring Tool means you can move them from engine to engine , or mount them permanently. Since they are powered by compressed air, these motors are well suited for field applications, hazardous environments, and are perfect solutions for all service applications.
