Brief Description The mfmp is designed around the requirements of the competency regulations as stipulated in the Government Gazette issued on 15 June 2007. A learning programme approach has been adopted in the development and design of the mfmp in order to ensure that learners are able to learn and apply skills acquired and to accumulate credits towards full certification for the qualifications.
