The HFM does not respond to the phone button or voice recognition button press. When pressing the phone button, the message "Uconnect phone not available" ispresent on the radio.

4 ** The hands free feature (Bluetooth ) does not further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic TroubleCode (DTC) has been set: U0197 - Lost Communication With Hands Free Phone :Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available inTechCONNECT, verify all related systems are functioning as designed.
