1 Cambridge and RSAGCSE, entry LEVEL certificate , project levels 1 & 2 AND CAMBRIDGE NATIONALSPROVISIONAL examination TIMETABLEJUNE 2019 Provisional version of the timetableThe final version of the timetable will be published in June must ensure that candidates take OCR s examinations at the times indicated on the timetable . In notifying candidates of the dates and times of their examinations, centres must not place reliance upon the Provisional timetable which is provided for the purpose of consultation times of examinationsThe published starting time of all examinations is either am or pm.

2 Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than am and by am and afternoon examinations no earlier than pm and by candidates are taking two or more examinations in a session and the total time is three hours or less, centres may decide the order in which to hold them. Centres may also give candidates a supervised break of no more than twenty minutes between papers within a session.

3 This must be conducted within the examination room, under formal examination conditions at all times. This does not apply to candidates with approved supervised rest the examinationCandidates must remain under supervision until am for morning examinations and until pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is deviationsIf you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records.

4 When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination , it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the timetable ToolThe exams timetable tool contains dates for OCR, AQA, Pearson and WJEC examinations. It is available via The Exams Office website, and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information. Please note that you will need to be a member to access the information.
