2 A Level Biology (H420, H422), Chemistry (H432, H433), Physics (H556, H557) Practical Science Statement I confirm that for all candidates entered for A Level Science: Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that at least 12 practical activities have been completed by each candidate as specified in OCR s A Level Science Specifications. And: Whilst undertaking the practical activities, all candidates have written and retained a record of their work. GCSE Biology (J247, J257), Chemistry (J248, J258), Physics (J249, J259), Combined Science (J250, J260) Practical Science Statement I confirm that for all candidates entered for GCSE Science: Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the practical activities as set out in OCR's GCSE Science Specifications have been completed by each candidate.

3 And: Whilst undertaking the practical activities, all candidates have written and retained a record of their work, knowledge, skills and understanding which they have derived from those practical activities. A Level Geology (H414) Practical Skills Statement (June 2019 series onwards) I confirm that for all candidates entered for A Level Geology: Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that at least 12 practical activities have been completed by each candidate as specified in OCR S A Level Geology Specification. And: Whilst undertaking the practical activities, all candidates have written and retained a record of their work.
