September 2018 Enroller: Start a New Enrollment2 ONLINE ENROLLMENT Guide122 Enrollers can easily initiate a new ENROLLMENT . Enrollers can track the status of previous invitations sent and remind new customers to complete the process if needed. 1 Enroller: Send an InvitationTo start a new ENROLLMENT , an Enroller can email or text an invitation to a new customer. The Enroller selects the country and language for the new customer. This selection determines what the new customer will see when the new customer shopping account is created. Note: The Enroller must enter who presented the Melaleuca Overview so presentation points are awarded correctly. A confirmation notice will be displayed when the invitation is sent. The link that was sent to the new customer is displayed for your convenience. When the new customer follows the link in the invitation, he/she can enter the necessary information to setup a shopping account.

2 3 ONLINE ENROLLMENT Guide3443 When a link is sent to the new customer, he/she will receive a message to complete their : Once an invitation has been sent, the Enroller can send a reminder to the new customer to create the shopping account. The customer will make a selection to become a Preferred Member and receive exclusive Preferred Member Benefits or become a Regular Customer and shop at regular prices. New Customer: Account Information6 ONLINE ENROLLMENT Guide77 Entering customer information is private and secure. The following information is required to create a shopping account with Melaleuca . - Username - Password - First Name - Last Name - Email Address - One Phone Number For convenience, email and phone number will be pre-populated with the information previously entered by the enroller.

For just $19 annually, new Preferred Members can maintain a Melaleuca Shopping Club and payment information is private and secure. A link to the Customer Agreement is provided for Preferred Members to Customer: Set up a Backup Order8 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideNew Preferred Members must select a Backup Order. This ensures the new member will always have Melaleuca products when needed. It also protects all of the benefits of membership like the 30-50% discount! Backup Order selections can be updated any time on 11 New Customer: Set up Customized Backup Order9 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideWhen creating a Customized Backup Order new members can easily select products to fit any lifestyle. 12 New Customer: Start Shopping or Continue10 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideOnce the new Preferred Member completes their shopping account, he/she can start shopping or they can also choose to be eligible to earn commissions and Customer: Independent Marketing Executive Agreement11 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideIf the new member proceeds to become eligible to earn commissions and bonuses, a little more information is needed to complete the Independent Marketing Executive Agreement.

4 Your new member must check at least one of the check boxes in Personal Production Account section. If they will be designating other households to satisfy the 29 Product Point requirement, they must provide the name of least one of them. They can change names at any time. Note: Most new members completing this form will check the first box indicating they will meet the Personal Production Account requirement using their own household s purchases. Once a member reviews the terms and conditions, they will be required to provide a digital signature by typing their name EXACTLY as it appears on the screen. 141516141516 New Customer: Start Shopping or Continue12 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideOnce the new Preferred Member completes agreement, he/she can start shopping and get started on their journey. 17 New Customer: Welcome Email13 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideWhen the ENROLLMENT is complete, a welcome email is sent to the new member. The email is a great opportunity to remind the new Preferred Member of the great benefits of Melaleuca Membership along with providing the new member with important information about his/her new account.

5 18 Enroller: Finish Enrollment14 ONLINE ENROLLMENT GuideOnce the ENROLLMENT is complete, the Enroller will be notified. The Enroller can confirm the Presenter and Support Team Marketing Executive information to ensure the correct assignments have been : The Enroller can change the name of Presenter at this stage. After confirming the new ENROLLMENT details, a notification is provided to the enroller with helpful next steps. 1920
