Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Certificate plus AET Qualification coupled with one year experience as an AET Tutor EDUCATOR must be currently unemployed EDUCATOR must reside in the area where post is vacant. Duties: Planning of lessons Presentation of lessons Assessment of learners (Development of Portfolios) Retention of learners to avoid drop outs Administration.
