1 Internal Payment Terms & Conditions: WARNING: Previously Scheduled One-Time payments will be Canceled: If you have a one-time Payment pending through any means (phone or online), your Previously scheduled Payment will be canceled when you submit a new one-time Payment . Authorization: By providing the account information requested and clicking the "Add" button, you authorize TD Bank, to add the account as a Payment Account that you may select to be debited to pay your Credit Card Account. If you select a Payment Account to be used to make a Payment , you represent that you are authorized to initiate transfers from the selected account, and you authorize TD Bank, to debit your Payment Account in accordance with the chosen instructions, the Online Account Management (OAM) Terms of Use, your Cardholder Agreement, and the additional Terms below. Ongoing Authorization and Cancelation: This Payment authorization will remain in effect unless you cancel it. To stop a Payment , we must receive your request at least 3 business days before the date of your scheduled Payment .
2 You can make a cancelation request (1) In the payments tab through Online Account Management website; (2) by calling 1-866-631-8638 or (3) by writing to us at Customer Service, PO Box 100114 Columbia, SC 29202-3114 Withdrawal Timing and notice : The Payment amount may be withdrawn from your Payment Account as soon as the date specified for one-time payments . Your Payment Account may not be debited for up to 3 days, depending upon your financial institution's processing times. Cutoff Time: The cutoff time for online payments is 11:59 PM ET. payments made after that time will be credited the next business day.
