AEA B UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR ELIMINATION FROM SERVICE input : Field and HRC Population: Soldiers being considered for elimination from the Service or their ASSIGNMENT precludes their reassignment for an unspecified time. 3 Examples are when a Soldier is -Being considered for separation or elimination (request for hardship discharge, conscientious objection, or those being considered or investigated for elimination due to unsatisfactory performance or misconduct). -Being confined, is under investigation, or is awaiting trial by court-martial or civil court, or is under suspension of favorable personnel action (see AR 600 8 2). (This code will not be awarded to Soldiers whose suspension will end within 90 days.) -Additionally, HRC codes Soldiers with certain medical considerations with AEA B in order to centrally manage their assignments.

Units with an OCONUS deployment after Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX): Stabilization via AEA F is applicable from one month prior to gunnery through MRX + seven months, maximum of 12 months. b. Units without an OCONUS deployment after MRX: Stabilization via AEA F is applicable from one month prior to gunnery through MRX + one month, maximum of six months.

9 AEA G SPECIAL CATEGORY STABILIZATION input : HRC. May be waived within HRC at Division Chief (O6) level. Population: Soldiers are stabilized on an individual basis based on filling specific duty positions. Soldiers stabilized under special category. The termination date will not exceed 48 months.
