Personalisation - Local Government Association
commissioning strongly guided by their decisions. An important concept in personalisation is that of ‘co-production’. This is the idea that commissioners and providers of services should work in partnership with service-users, carers and citizens to improve services (see the Must Know on Making it Real for more about co-production).
