1 1. Log in to ADP RUN2. Click the Reports tab and select Payroll Details3. Locate the area to enter custom date range4. Using the drop-down box, select the check dates that coincide with your policy period. You ll likely have to run multiple reports based on the year. For example, if the policy period is 9/1/2018 9/1/2019, the provided Report should include: 1st pay date that occurred on or after 9/1/2018 until the last pay date in 2018 Check dates: 9/1/2018 12/31/2018 1st pay date that occurred in 2019 until last pay date on or before 8/31/2019 Check dates: 1/1/2019 8/31/2019 Don t include check dates outside of the policy period Please note: The Audit time period is based on pay date.
