2 Perfectly capable of reproducinghigh fidelity full range sound without asubwoofer, when coupled with the extendedlow frequencies of the PRX718 XLF, completecontrol over the entire audio spectrum isattained. As with all the full-range PRX700 Series systems, two EQ selections can be usedto optimize the system for the program materialand/or environment. The input section alsoaccommodates either Line or Mic/Instrumentlevel inputs. The PRX735 is a self-powered, lightweightthree-way loudspeaker system capable ofdelivering a very high level of performanceover a wide bandwidth. The PRX735 iscomprised of one 15 in 275G Differential Drive woofer, a 165 mm ( in) 196H horn-loadedmid-range and a 2408H-2 mm ( in)annular polymer diaphragm, neodymiumcompression driver mounted to a 90 by 50 horn, all driven by a 1500 watt Audio Class-Dpower amplifier.
3 Sophisticated DSP is at thecore of a fully featured input section, providinguser selectable system EQ, protection, inputsensitivity selection, cross-over functionality,dynamic limiting and discrete componentoptimization. All PRX700 cabinets are built from acombination of 25 mm (on the top and bottomfor added rigidity) and 18 mm, strong, light-weight poplar plywood made structurally soundwith tongue and groove joints. All PRX700 Series cabinets are protected by JBL s tourproven DuraFlex finish. Grilles are made fromdent-resistant 16 gauge steel and handles aremade from light-weight glass-filled nylon foradded strength and durability.
4 All M10suspension points are constructed from 14gauge steel and have been tested with a yield-strength of 1000 lbs. each. The amplifier input panel offers XLR or inchjack compatibility and a sensitivity switchprovides extra flexibility, making it possible toconnect literally any sound source withoutusing a mixer.
