Queensland Health Mass Casualty Incident Plan
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) provide scene safety advice when they are the lead combat agency. QAS has first response health responsibility for the scene. Site Health Commander (SiteHC) works with QAS on disposition decisions and leads the Site Health Team (SiteHT). SiteHT work in the casualty clearing post.
