2 Whenever possible, the mail to information should be put on the first page of the document. A clear 3"x 5" space in the upper right-hand corner of the first page, and a clear one-half inch margin around each page of the document are required. Please have all documents stapled or paper clipped together. Do not have assignments stapled to the mortgages. We record your documents in the order that you present them to us. When using an order sheet, please have your documents in the corresponding order. Whenever possible, legal descriptions should be placed ahead of any riders in a document.
