1 RSA SecurID Device user Guide Replacement Stage: RSA SecurID Device GDRFA-D will make a public announcement about Replacement of RSA SecurID devices user will send request by filling in the relevant information on the form which is available on the ednrd website. Please refer to Replacement /Renewal procedure document. user will be asked to make the payment. user will receive a Request/Receipt No. GDRFA-D will send the Device through Zajel along with a receipt to be signed by the user (Company) and returned to GDRFA-D. Receipt of acknowledgement recorded if delivered successfully or Device returned.
2 RSA SecurID Device activated after the acknowledgement is received. The old token will be deactivated once the Replacement one is activated. How to use RSA Device I. FIRST TIME user Step 1: The user needs to enter the Tokencode (Generated on the Device on the LCD display) for the first time on the Posting Page(FIG:1 Point 2), when the user tries to post an application. user should also verify that the Token Number (FIG:1 Point 1) that appears on the screen is same as the Token Number printed on the back of the Device . Now choose the proper payment type and click next.
3 Step 2: Since you are a first time user (for Replacement token), to use the RSA SecurID you will be prompted to enter the Tokencode that gets displayed in the next 60 seconds (Fig:2 Point 2) and the new PIN (Fig:2 Point 1). Do not enter the same Token code you entered on the posting page. Enter the new Tokencode that is displayed on the Device . Currently No PIN exists for the Replacement token, so you have to create a new PIN (Your secret, memorized Personal Identification Number or PIN which will be used for later transactions) When prompted, enter a PIN which is 4 digits (contains only numbers ) You can enter the same PIN whch you had assigned to the Old Token.
4 Now click on Submit. If your PIN was accepted your transaction will be completed and this will be the PIN assigned to you which should be used in later posting transactions.
