May 10, 2008 · Sexual Rights: An IPPF Declaration contains three parts: • A preamble which introduces the concept of the Declaration in the context of IPPF’s mission and vision, the international agreements and documents relating to sexual and reproductive health and rights and human rights, and also outlines the basic intention of the human rights framework.
