The Description and Application guide for the Standard TechnicalManual Identification Numbering System (TMINS), MOOOO-OO-IDX-OOO/TMINSis an unclassified, nonregistered publication. With the exception ofthe Stategic Systems Project Office and the Naval FacilitiesEngineering Command, its use is required by reference (a) for allelements of the Naval Material Command involved in the management,acquisition, maintenance, and control of technical manuals and relatedtechnical documents.
