2 No special kits are required to install this JCI Unitary Products air handlers and coils use a TXV to pro-vide our customers with the optimum performance and refriger-ant control. Air handlers are shipped with Flex-coils without afactory installed metering device. For added flexibility, an R-22or R-410A TXV or orifice can be field installed to meet yourrefrigerant Expansion Valve - Provides the ultimate refrigerantcontrol required for today s high efficient product. The UPG bolt-on TXV provides easy installation to convert the air handler tothe required refrigerant, which is a true bolt-on design that doesnot require brazing to replace or Cabinet - All air handler cabinets are thermally insu-lated with 3/4 foil faced insulation to prevent Sealed - Achieves 2% or less total airflow leakage rateat duct blaster field test conditions for system airflow Finish Inside and Out - Air handler casings are madeof pre-painted galvanized steel which provides a better paint tosteel bond that resists corrosion and rust creep.
