10 Purpose. This MANUAL establishes standards, that apply tomaintenance and maintenance management of all Army aircraft, andancillary aeronautical Scope. This MANUAL applies to all elements of the Armyincluding the Army National Guard, Army Reserve, depots andcontractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, or storage of Armyaircraft,aviation associated equipment and applicable componentsowned and managed by the Army,with the exception of Unmanned the purpose of this MANUAL , definitionscontained in the following sections apply, in addition to thosecontained in Army Regulation (AR) 310-25 (Dictionary of ArmyTerms).
